Does anybody know anything about compability of Micasaverde Vera3 and And a niko switch(Easywave)

The Vera3 and niko switches should be compatible right out of the box, just make sure that they are running the same region frequency.
Z-Wave Certification for each device makes sure that z-wave devices are compatible (inoperability) between all companies. If you decide to expand your z-wave network in the future, such as getting a door lock, you should check up the compatibility of the door lock and the controllers software.
