Thought we might keep a list of what's on the horizon as well as new stuff coming out.
hit the specs tab for the z-wave info http://actiontec.com/products/broadband/zcontrol/ http://www.ehomeupgrade.com/entry/4585/act...oduces_zcontrol |

There's enough buttons on that "temperature sensor" to suggest that it's more than just a temperature sensor. The Chinese labels on the buttons are not clear, but I'm guessing that it's a thermostat. Not a bad-looking one either. Everspring has a reputation of fully disclosing their command set in their user manual. If they follow suit with this one, I'll probably get me one, and be glad that I held off getting one of the other available thermostats.

If you look on the Everspring website you can see it looks just like their thermostat. I can bet that it won't have the firmware and the relays to support a thermostat if it is sold as a temp sensor. |

So it is just a temperature sensor. We're looking at their ST804 U-net (868/923MHz) temperature detector. The button labels are not Chinese at all. Looks like there's a Set button, Celsius/Fahrenheit button, Max button and Min button. Looks like it has freeze detection and trigger settings. I hope there's a Z-Wave version on the way.
